STAR TREK was the brainchild of Gene Roddenberry, a former World War II bomber pilot, commercial airline pilot for Pan Am, Los Angeles motorcycle police officer, and aspiring television writer.  He envisioned a "Wagon Train to the Stars", in a future where mankind had solved the problems of poverty and crime.  The vision was so powerful and attracted so many fans that Star Trek was followed by a short-lived 22-episode animated series, then by Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Voyager, as well as nine feature films to date.  Every Star Trek fan knows the uniform rank insignia has changed over the years.  Click on the communicator below to see Starfleet rank insignia from the Star Trek, from the movies, and from Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Voyager, as well as the rank insignia of the Bajoran Militia, and the insignia of the rebel group, the Maqius.

Click on the right communicator below for a list of birthdays of as many of them as I could find.

Visit MJ's Star Trek Web Site "I have reviewed your site and I am pleased to present you with my Award of Excellence, with the rank of Captain.  I found your site to be a treat in that it is quite wide-spread on information about the women of Star Trek, and the actors who play them.  Your site is one of the most comprehensive sites dealing with this subject."

I have tried to be accurate, and relatively thorough in the construction of this Web Site.  Obviously, no one can assemble a Web Site that includes complete information on all aspects of the Star Trek universe.  I have limited myself primarily to a look at the regular and major recurring female characters of Star Trek, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Voyager, and the beautiful women who brought those characters to life.  I have also tried to present this information in a manner different from any other site I have seen on the World Wide Web.
